Gillies Review Gilly's is hands down one of our favorite breakfast spots whenever we're visiting family in Bristol, New Hampshire. The food is absolutely amazing—every dish feels like it’s made with care and love. But what truly sets Gillies apart is the people. The staff are warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where you leave with a full belly and a smile on your face. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by for breakfast or lunch. You won’t regret it!

I had the breakfast this morning and ordered for me and my son alot of food and it came out like 7 minutes later super fresh !!! They were so quick and attentive. The food was very homemade and fresh. Loved it. My son ordered the donut French toast and it was just so good! Oh and the bill only came out to like 22 dollars which I thought was great for everything we ordered. So I gave them a nice tip! :) they deserved it.

The omelettes and home fries were delicious and of the right proportion. Service was super friendly and super quick (think we got our food in less than 5 mins). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for brunch near this area.

Great place for breakfast. Kaley and Emma are excellent servers. The blueberry pancakes were really good.

One of the locals told me about this place, "Breakfast! I'd go to Gilly's." You might need to know about it to find it. It's unobtrusive, but there is parking if you need it. You might want to park in the public lot and spend the day in Bristol. There are some great local shops and plenty of other restaurants near.

Wonderful and cheerful staff. The coffee was lovely, and bottomless. The breakfast plate of blueberry pancakes, eggs, and bacon was perfect!
